I notice the enloop's are 2000 mAh's..........

Sanyo also has some 2700 mAh rechargeables.......


Which are better? Do the Eneloop's come in more than 2000 mAh's? I can't find them if so

2000mah eneloops if you plan to keep the batteries in storage for more than a few days
2700mah cells if you plan to use the cells straight off the charger.

Eneloops come in 2000mah only.

Which type is better for you will depend on how you are going to use them. Again, using the search will provide all kinds of information on them including testing under various loads and their low self discharge characteristics among other things.
