sanyo cr123 batteries from Botach?

I was just wondering who might have tried these batteries from Botach? I'm looking for some more 123 lithiums and did some searches but couldn't find any references to anyone here using them. If you've been happy with them, a word here would be appreciated.

I've used a couple of dozen of them. Good results.

You will shortly hear a loud noise as everyone does their Botach hating thing.

I have had good results from Botach as long as I CALL THEM to see if the items(s) are in stock, then place the order by phone.

The capacity of the Sanyo's are rated at 1400mAh vs. the typical 123 battery at 1300mAh.
RE: Botach . . . This is my fourth order from them in the last two years and everytime they have delivered AOK.

In fact, I just bought 60 batteries and received them in four days after ordering them. I'm still waiting for my Surefire batteries & other stuff to arrive - that was ordered 4 weeks ago.

They state that if Sanyo batteried are not in stock they will substitute Toshiba. That is what happened to my order.

I have not used them yet, but I am confident that the Toshiba will be OK.

A secret to ordering from Botach is to order only one thing or better to call and find out what is in stock. In my experience they hold everything until all items are available and then ship. If you order several items it is almost sure that something won't be instock.

When I have called them they always return my call and are very helpful.

I will order from them again.

the toshiba's I received from them were just fine (hardly surprising since Toshiba is pretty well respected)

eching other folk's comments here, I've never had a major problem with Botach, but they do require a little more babysitting and followup than other vendors
