wow, it amazing how many good ideas people have for something that is often over looked, I often put the flashlight in my mouth when I don't have my headband which is almost always lol. Ive learned to do it pretty well over they years, but after an hour or so your lips go numb.

I found a really good silicone rubber band in my old printer
it is the perfect size for my zebra light sc60
it was the part that drives the paper thru
it about 3mm thick and fits on just right
its the ideal set up for me as i carry the light everywhere and when needed can hold in the mouth for handsfree operation

well I was enjoying my heatshrinked up light.
Now I'm worried it's going to make me grow boobs, BPA sounds like nasty stuff.
I wonder what my exposure level would be from gripping my flashlight with my teeth daily. Also if I just washed it would I get that stuff off of it to make it safe?

The trick is not to stick the light between your teeth. You need to position it to the side of your mouth so the end goes between your cheek and your lips (no, not that end either!).
Even if you do put something rubbery on the end of the light, the dribble will just flow out. It is a lot easier to maintain the drool and keep your mouth closed when placed on the side of your mouth. Plus you get practice at a Popeye grin and can smoke a corn cob pipe without any issues
