Is there an incan upgrade (more than the 65 lumens) available, from any manufacturer, for this element.

Maybe you could get a bi-pin adapter and a suitable bulb.

Going to a pair of R123s and a 9V lamp is a fairly simple way to soup up a 2x123 light. Standard R123s can handle the N2 and MN15, while IMR16340s can power the higher current options as well.
A Lumens Factory HO-M3T on 2xIMR16340 would be a huge upgrade in output with a similar beam profile, but usable runtime would be about 1/3 that of the N1 on fresh primaries.

I've written a very detailed post adressed to you, explaining all the possibilities and upgrades you could do to improve your setup. Why did you not even bother answering it?

I'll not waste my time helping you again...
