We have an issue with some C size NiMH cells. We purchased 800 pcs about a year ago and started testing with a cadex battery anylizer. Testing started right after we received the cells and all were comming in at 100 %. We tested about 450 and had less that 1% fallout. 5 months went by and we started testing the remaining cells and found they are not coming in at 100% like the first cells we tested. We tried to cycle them a few time using a PowerEx 808 charger set on conditioning. The cells are only testing at 80% capacity, We put some of the first cells back on testing to confirm our cadex battery anylizer was working and its fine. Can anyone suggest a proceedure on bringing these cells back to capacity ?

CLICK on my Green Sig Line LINK and read about Cell Recovery.

Non-LSD NiMH cells should be CYCLEd at least monthly. "Use it or lose it"...
