Shiningbeam bicycle mount

Has anybody tried the Shiningbeam bicycle mount?
As there is not much detail on this webpage, I would like to know which flashlight and handlebar diameter range it can handle.

I Owned one from Dx. Used it for this 1" flashlight, which is about the smallest diameter light that it will accept.:

Thanks pe2er. So it is definitely too large for my 1AA lights.
