I got mine, too. I have a Ready Made and the fit is fine. With an IMR 18350, run times on L and M are very acceptable. And H is available and just as bright as with an 18650 (at least to my eyes). I'm happy to sacrifice run time for the smaller footprint (as Jason put it) for those occasions when I want a smaller light. I'm planning on getting another tailcap just to make it easier to switch back and forth. That way it will be much more manageable to switch and get the smaller size when I want.

very nice, but im into the runtimes, so will keep the original.
