Silver bearing solder VS non VS arctic silver?

Hi all,

I was just wandering if anyone can provide credible evidence or their personal experience that indicates a noticeable difference in heat/electrical conductivity by using silver bearing solder/solder paste?

Also same question for say an led soldered to a heat sink VS one sinked with arctic silver. Any noticeable gains for either?
