First remove the switch from the tail cap.
Then remove the rubber boot,you will need a 12mm ID o-ring,this fits over the boot.
Inside the boot is a contact post,trim 1mm of this to begin with.
Now put the boot and switch back into the tail cap.
Operate the switch to make sure it functions,if it does you are done.
If it still protrudes,a little more needs to be trimmed of the boot post.
You should end up with this.Sorry for the blurred pics.could work on other lights too.
