Single mode XML buck?

I've been unsuccessfully searching for a 3A single mode driver that will buck 3 x li-ion for a single XML.
DX and KAI have cheap options, but all the modes spoil them. Is there perhaps a way to disable these superfluous modes?

If such a thing doesn't exist for < ~30$ I could settle for a 2 li-ion buck, but would prefer the additional cell so that each will only experience about an amp. Recycled laptop 18650 do OK at an amp or less and I would like to have them as an option for this torch.

Perfect! I'm a little embarrassed I didn't find that myself though.
This will be in a C mag, so the diameter is fine, I just hope its less than 14mm tall.... no height measurements to be found on the Shoppe.

I'm mega super excited to see in person what an XML + Rebel reflector produces!

Now just to decide which bin of XML....
