Small RA Ti Clicky mod

Hi,

last week I got my RA Ti clicky and I really love this little light, especially the wonderful knurling.
But I found that the crenulated bezel does not mach too good to the plain and straight look of the light.
So I decided to put the bezel on my lathe to shorten it a little bit:

The light is now also 4mm shorter :-)

It is always a hard decision to alter such a rare and expensive light, because you can not make it unhappen if it does not look good.
Sometimes the decision is quite easy for me like when I turned town the crenulated bezel of the SF III Ti.
I was sure this classic light will look better so.
With the RA ti Clicky the decision was a lot harder and here I asked some friends here at CPF what they do think about.
Most told me : Do It :-)
At other lights, like the KI-T SS, I thought of doing it but did always know the light would loose without the crenulated bezel, so it will stay as it is.

Apparently you can still get Ti bezels to fit the legacy Clickys
