Smallest driver for 3.7V lithium cell?

Howdy!

I'm looking for the smallest driver available for driving a single Cree XR-E emitter from a li-ion cell (in this case a cell phone battery). Any suggestions? 300-400mA output will do the job. Multiple level output is okay too but not necessary.

Last but not least, price has to be reasonable please :) I'm kind of low on budget recently...

The Mini-FluPIC is the smallest that I know of. It is 10.5mm in diameter, and about 2mm thin. At $25, it isn't the cheapest.

Looks really good, but my budget is only about half of that price :(

If you don't have problems with cheap items then this DX SKU 7881 could be what you need. 10mm diameter base, 10.5mm overall depth.

EDIT. Sorry. this is just for 1xAAA battery
