Solar experimenters forum?

Candlepower Forums has really spoiled me in regard to an active, informed community of people interested in LEDs.

Anybody aware of a good (similar) forum for people that want to experiment with solar power? In particular, I want to build or purchase a small, light weight solar charger for 2 AAAs or AAs that you could wear while you hike (on a hat, shoulder strap, back pack, etc.).

Trace has a site and Wind&Sun have sites, but not very active 20 post a week or so on Wind&Sun and 5 on Trace? If you find anything like that let me know.

Try USENET and look under alt.solar and alt.solar.photovoltaic.
