Solarforce LM-1 QD extension (new?)

Looking to pick up a tactical LED light for a rifle.
Came across this on the solarforce site

Anyone have or have tried one of these?

What lights can it fit? Romisen ?
Does is work with 18650 or just CR123 batteries?
Looks like a neat way of making a solid rail mount.
