For sale is a like new (no scratches etc.) Malkoff MD2 host with high/low ring and standard ring. Switch has medium McClicky boot and a few extra boots will be included. The head has the wider opening. I'd like $85 shipped in USA.

NVM. It said wider opening means 22.3.

It's the 22.3 and no drop in or lens.
