What color temp would YOU guess this to be at and what LE does it have (what volatges can it be run at)?

I estimate the color temperature to be ~6000K, slightly warmer than direct sunlight, but very white compared to indoor lighting. There is no discernible green or blue tint that I can see. The driver is designed for 1xCR123 or 1xRCR123, so somewhere between 2.5-5V.

Yes, the light is still available.

Yes, I'm firm on the price. It's already about $75 less than what I paid for it when it was new, and I definitely didn't do $75 of damage to it during the time I EDCed it.
