Something wrong with my 18650 rechargeable battery?

So I just finished charging my Tenergy 18650 rechargeable battery and was about to put it into my flashlight, when I noticed the negative metal plate was pushed into the cell a bit. Is this cell still safe to use? I'll try to post better quality pictures in a few hours.

Ok so I put it in my flashlight and tested it. Now, instead of a momentary/always on forward clickie switch, its turned into a twist-to-always-on light.

Ok...tested it with a good battery...it's a flashlight problem now.

:o Sorry, was using my cell phone camera. Going to use the digital camera, new pictures in a few minutes. New pictures up. Sorry about the bad quality still, I'm not the best photographer out there. I also partly blame the settings. :P

set your camera to the "close-up" setting, put it on something stationary, don't zoom in so much that it refuses to focus, let the camera focus before completing the shot, use flash if necessary.
