Hi Guys,
Looking for some help/advice before contacting supplier re warranty. My wife uses a Spark SD6 (only 4 months old) for walking the dogs and it has been cutting out on her. At first I thought she must have been doing something :sssh:, but it happened tonight with me right beside her and without my lights, so we were plunged into darkness! It just cut right out, no flickering and wouldn't turn on again. We had to remove the battery cap, take battery out and put back in, then all was well again. It lasted another 5 mins or so and then it did it again. Battery is well charged and is a Eagletac 3100mah 18650. The light was not under extreme hot or cold conditions, had only been running about 30mins and was not hot.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Is there anything else we should be looking for, or is it return under warranty time?
