Specs about this flashlight??

LumaPower LumaHunter M1 Tactical LED flashlight with Cree XR-E 7090 LED 130+ lumens

What is the "wattage" of this LED bulb? I checked out the specs on this website, but my knowledge isn't really up to snuff on these LED's. Also, is it any good? Thanks.

I believe that CREE XR-E LED's have a rated power of 3W.
