Spotlight for boat

I keep hearing about the 35watt Stanley water proof hand held spotlight. I need a new SL for my boat. Most SLs have light spill over that reflects back from the deck of the boat. I see alot of good commnets on this site about Stanley SLs and the price is in my budget. Recommendations???
