Can anyone recommend a Reliable rechargable $100 spotlight. I have done the research and it seems lead acid batteries are hit or miss but with my $100 I dont want to miss. I want throw I would want it to be a tight beam. For use I would like an hour run time with brief on and off light up the object. Theres just so many... cyclops...sunforce... stanley or the pistol grips. Hid led or halogen doesnt matter. I dont want my spotlight batteries to stop holding a charge after a couple uses(like mine did). Is there any more reliable than others

How far would you like it to throw? How much area would you like to light up at that distance? Size? Modes? Rechargeable and removable batteries or plug in/port charger?

There are some nice LED throwers that can light things up decently at 100-200 meters.

Size doesnt matter. Modes- on and off work for me
and as for area at a distance I really dont know. Rechargable cells would be great or wall outlet would be fine. I know what is out there for $200-$300 I want the best i can get for $100

At a above your price range the Dereelight X Searcher looks like a nice thrower, the Nighmaster is just within your price range. Crelant also has some nice throwers as well, and on a budget, the XXFire HD2010 is a nice thrower too (Ultrafire or FandyFire)

Anything with decent output and a large reflector should throw decently.

I bought a ultrafire 1000 lumen knockoff and its super bright. I just wanted to step it up a notch. I have a cheap spotlight thats a year old and the batteries wont hold a charge. I actually wanted a pistol grip or regular spotlight but I wanted to stay away from the lead acid batteries because i dont want to buy another one in a year i want it to work properly after a year
