Sr90 Intimidator

Hi guys I've been lurking this forum for a while and got my eyes set on a sr 90 flash light where do you recommend to buy one ? Also what's the best price I can get on this light . I'll end up keeping it in my motorhome for camping and emergencies . And yes mainly for fun.

I purchased mine at Batteryjunction and have no complaints about the price or service, but you might want to checkout the Led Lenser X21. The price has really gone down due to all the new SST-90 and SST-50 Led Flashlights coming to market.

It seems you haven't been lurking around long enough to know that on CPF we never talk about the best price... Batterystation is however surely not the wrong place to buy a light, don't forget about the CPF discount! :wave:

As for the light itself, you surely know that "SR" in its name stands for "Search & Rescue" and that the light has 336mm length and weights 1.580 grams with the battery pack? For lightning fun this light is surely top, I have doubts it's really the best solution to have it lay around in a motorhome for camping and emergencies though.

Well, on CPF we advise in such situations to buy the SR90 and a smaller light with it, like an M21 or an M20...

Welcome to CPF Gto19. The Sr90 is a monster. I'd sure like to play with one. I second the recomendation for BatteryJunction - great service, price and selection [it's not just batteries]. The owner MattK is very active here. Thanks for the link dwminer.
