hi guys im wanting to run 3 ssc-p7 led's and im stuck on the driver side of the build....

so im going to use DOWNLOAD's driver the 8x 7135 driver

but do i need to use 3 drivers for the 3 ssc p7's or can i just use one ???

and how many 18650 batteries do i have to use ?

That is a good thread.
Since I want reliability, each of my P7's will get its own driver.
By wiring 3 drivers in series, each will get 4v from my 12volt battery.

What are you building? How much space to do you have?

I have wired multiple emitters like this using a 3 mode 7135 driver several times. It works well provided all your connections are very good, and resistance is low ie use thick wire for best result. Also its a good idea to heat sink the driver.

As for how many batteries to use, you want one 18560 per LED so in your case 3.
