SSC P7 question.

Hi All, quick question. Could I run 1 p7 with one of georges drivers with 4 x 3.7v 2500mA cells in PARALLEL. (not series) I am unsure if the voltage draw of the driver will effect the light functionality. I think it draws about 1V. Please if anybody can help I would appreciate it.

Short answer is no, Hipflex is a buck driver so needs headroom to function - You could run it 2s2p, but that's obviously more awkward to charge. If you want to run off 4p, search for the modified 7135 based drivers.
