Stanley 2M Series, bad trigger -- Customer Service?

I have a Stanley 2M Series spotlight, only about 6 months old. It will not fire, except when the trigger is in the 'lock' position. Anyone have a "Customer Service" website or phone number? I tried to Google and find a site, but could only find retailers -- Help!
