Thanks for the heads up fellas. Are there any more "low cost" dealers other than DX/KD that offer good deals on lights. I am looking to buy around a dozen to give as gifts to the guys at the fire department.

Shiningbeam offers some of the Romisen brand of low cost lights that DX sells with the added bonus of updated emitters.
