Storm launcher charger.

I have a lipo charger from a storm launcher rc boat/plane the charger says 7.4 volt just wondering if I can charge other batteries with this like maybe
18650 or rcr123.

You should be able to charge a 2s pack of standard LiIon cells.

I am not really down with the terms sorry. does 2s mean 2 cells. so if I put 2 3.7 volts together in series I can charge them?
I have alot of 18650 from laptops that i dont want to go to waste.

Exactly. That charger is made to charge packs of two cells in series. Do not attempt to charge only one cell, or you'll damage it (and possibly set it on fire). Wire two in series and it should be fine. Emphasis on "should" - I don't know how the Storm Launcher charges its battery.

Note that a series pack should be balanced. Does your charger have a balancer? If not, I encourage you to buy a proper single-cell charger - there are very cheap ones on DX - instead of adapting this one.
