Streamlight 4AA or Turtlelight II?

I have read reviews on both of these lights and they both get raved about. However, it seems natural to me that they be compared head to head as they have the exact same mission.

How do the beam shapes compare?
Ruggedness?
Switch quality?
Any areas where one is stronger than the other?

I'd say the SL newer technology and lifetime warranty on the whole light. Plus seven LED's VS two.
The only thing is the Turtlelight will run longer and it does float. But I don't own either just my 2 cents from what I've read.

Short answer: the Streamlight 4AA
Long answer:
Beam shape: the Streamlight is more circular, the Turtlelite somewhat flat, prob due to the fact that Turtlelite's 2 leds are arranged side-by-side
Ruggedness: about the same
switch quality: the same
strengths: the Streamlight has a lot more light output; also is (IMHO) a more usable shape. The Streamlight is easier to fit into a pocket or glove box, the Trutle is round, thick and stubby.
