Streamlight / Insight M3 LED Replacement? *newb*

Hey guys I was searching the forums for some kind of LED modification for my M3 Tactical illuminator weapon mount light. I was hoping to find some kind or drop in mod like the "TerraLUX LED Replacement Bulbs" but the only thread I found was this one from Jan 04. Have I missed another thread on this subject or is no one modding this light as of yet?
