Streamlight M3

Is or can anybody make a modified head for the Streamlight M3? The bulb is of low quality, very yellow, and does not suit my needs. The reflector is also showing age. Is it possible to modify this using some new technology, possibly LED with a good lens for throwing a beam to 25+ yards? Thanks in advance

The LED head for the M3 is called the KL6. It's nice. Maybe, though, your M3 just needs a new lamp/reflector assembly and new batteries.
