Greetings all,
Warning: this is my first post as I am a new member here. I've heard about this forum for years now and have lurked some but I finally decided to ante up and join. I'm glad I did!
To my question. . .
I am in no way as informed as the majority of the members are here. While I don't consider myself a flashlight aficionado/geek I was bitten by the flashlight bug when I was a kid. I cut my teeth on anything Maglite made. I work in LE and use a Streamlight Stinger, Surefire G2, and I keep an Innova Microlight on my key ring. I'm looking at getting the Streamlight PT 2L for an off-duty EDC and one for my fiancé's BOB she keep's in her car.
For the limited amount of research I've done on these lights, they appear to be the most economical all metal body light for it's size and lumens on the market. Are there any other lights on the market within the same price point that offers similar features to the PT 2L?
