Streamlight Strion OEM LED Or Streamlight Strion TerraLUX Conversion?

I have been giving some thought to getting a Streamlight Strion. I just can't decide if I want to buy their OEM LED Strion or if I want to buy an incandescent Strion and then get the TerraLUX Strion upgrade. Does anybody here haver any thoughts on this?

I have the Terralux upgrade on my old incan Strion and it makes it a whole new beast. It's a TIR lens rated at 200 lumens but my 200 lumen Surefire LX2 beats it in terms of overall output. They seem to throw about the same. The tint is a little green, but not bad. Having already owned an incan Strion since they came out, this was a great upgrade, but the LED Strion has better tint, three modes (if that matters to you), and I hear they are going to be coming out with a 250 lumen version soon. On top of it all, buying a stock Strion will simplify any warranty issues if you have a problem.
