Streamlight TL-3

I have an old incondescent TL-3, and I hate the idea of tossing it. Is there any hope in converting it over to an LED?

Any flashlight can be converted. It's a matter of making sure the power supplied to the LED is correct, the focus is acceptable and the heat is managed.

My first LED flashlight was a Maglite Solitaire (the AAA keychain light) upgraded to use a 3 MM led, a 12 volt car remote battery and a resistor as a spacer/voltage regulator. :) ANY flashlight can be converter.
