I figured if I don't ask, I'd feel even more stupid.
Most of the p60 drop-in's are either rated 3-6v or 3.84v or higher.
Assumption being that first one is designed for 1 cell and others for 2.
I have seen some drop-ins that are rated for 1 and 2 sells that put out same lumens. Assuming that the rating is fair, shouldn't the one rated for 2 cells be putting out a lot lumens?
Or, it only has to do with something enteirly different?
(A good example is lighthound uv drop in that's only rated for 1 cell 6v max or some other drop in that's also 3w and rated for 8.4v)
