What is my best option for a StVZO bike light that is made in usa or EU?

The best Option is buying the bike light in Germany. StVZO is a rule in Germany only, not the EU (StVZO - Strassen Verkehr Zulassungs Ordnung).

I'm aware it isn't EU wide or even a law in my state of West Virginia. I just think it is a well thought out idea and I wish to comply to this standard for safety reasons and as to not be a bother to motorists.

I sent them an email, it seems like a good option at a good price. Only twice what my Fenix cost before packaging and post.
