I don't have the V11, but I do have the PA10. I definitely like it, and I have not had any of the other issues with it that others have. Also, the amount of light it puts out on an IMR 14500 is astonishing! It is definitely a flood light, which is a good quality, in my opinion, for an edc light to have. It is one of two lights that I carry daily.
Having said that, this is also the flashlight that brought me back to incans. I do night security, so I use my lights a lot on a daily basis. I had been using the PA10 to search for specific things throughout my shift for a few days, and was always unable to find them. After a day or two of looking for items that I had placed (so I knew what they looked like) in dark areas, I realized that it was the light that was keeping me from finding what I was looking for. I am colorblind, and the xml in this light (according to my wife) puts out three different colors of light; green, blue, and purple. She couldn't even find specifically colored items in the dark with it. So now I edc a lumens factory eo-4 for the CRI, and my PA10 for room-sweeping.
I apologize for the verbose response; but when I am preparing to buy a new light, I like to combine as much fact and opinion research as possible :) I figure there may be someone else that likes that much information as well.
Good luck with your new purchase!
