I have had one for a few years. It recently started working at reduced power in every mode.

Can anyone help?

Try a new battery or clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. A few years isn't a bad run for a cheap light.

I tried that first. I think it might have been dropped on a marble floor. Probably something damaged internal. It really had impressive long range spotlight. The newer version is more of a bright flood.
