Surefire 660 questions

I have an original surefire 660 that was given to me by my recruiter when I enlisted back in 2012. I'm looking for either a good led replacement, or to sell it. It has the weaver 1" pic and pressure switch. The light is almost brand new.

Any advice on bulbs or what is a good value for this light would be appreciated

On average you would be very well served with a drop in assembly from Malkoff Devices. More folks may chime in to help you pick just the right model for your application. They have options that can run on both primary CR123 cells and rechargeable 16650 cells.

So I bought a Malkoff m61 and it doesn't work in the light. Did I choose the wrong drop in?

No you need a fitting ring with your Z32 head. There like 2 bucks on his site

So I got the fitting ring in and it still is not working in my light? Does anyone have any advice? Maybe I just got a dud drop in?
