What are the thread sizes for the tailcap and the threads on the bezel that connect the body to the bezel?

This is the measured info for the G2

SureFire G2 Nitrolon
Threads: 16 tpi; 6 threads

Bezel
Max(threads incl.)=1.125
Min(inner bore of tube)=1

Tailcap
Max(threads incl.)=0.875
Min(inner bore of tube)=1

Bezel Outer=1.25
Tailcap Outer=1
Body Outer=1

The G2 uses the same bezels and tailcaps as the 6P.

Im trying to find the actual tap & die sizes. Major and minor diameters help just hard to track it down. I'll probably have to take some estimated guesses and just buy a few taps/dies and see which one works.

Unfortunately I don't have any complete tap size charts with major and minor diameter measurements.

This gives me the impression the minor diameter of the tailcap threads is 25.5mm:

But the link you gave says the major diameter is 22.225mm(0.875").

So Im lost :(

hrmmm think flash_bang's measurements are a little off too

Tailcap
Max(threads incl.)=0.875
Min(inner bore of tube)=1

that doesnt make sense since the max diameter of the tailcap end of the tube should be larger than the inner bore of the tube. Like how the bezel measurement is. Plus the inner bore of the tube of the tailcap end is smaller than the bezel end.

does anyone even know if the threads are metric or standard?

Think my first guesses will be m22x1.5 & m28x1.5 for the tailcap & bezel respectively.
