I am lucky enough to have just picked up a Surefire A2. This is my first A2. It has the red led's. I would have preferred white, or even green, but red is what they had. All I can say is that my LX2 just got benched. This thing rocks. It may only say 50 lumens on the box, but it looks like 150+ led lumens. Awesome light. Wish I had found it sooner.

After reading few posts on this light, it looks as though if you can fit them in there, it will run fine on RCR's. It seems IMR 16340's are the cell of choice. Is this correct?
