I'm sure it is posted somewhere on this forum, since about everything worth knowing about flashlights is.
I just can't find it.
Does anyone know what the emitters brand and versions are in the E1b and the Fury?

This is not just speculation, but rather an educated guess based on hanging out in this forum too much, but the E1b had a Cree XR-E, and the Fury has a first Gen XM-L.

Whatever they use, they have the best tint I have ever seen. They just make things "pop" and seem to have no "gray out". I refer to the newer lights, like the Fury, X300U, M600U, M300B. I really like the tint. Maybe it's tint + CRI. Who knows, but for a weapon light, I have found nothing with better.

Most of their LED lights are using Cree LEDs these days. Some of the new "500lm" models are using osram (not the fury).

There is nothing special about the LEDs that SF use compared with the other main manufacturers.

Maybe not, but they NAILED the quality of light. Everything I shine my M300B and X300U on really "pops" compared to any other LED's I have, other than my Nichias.

I have heard that the use CREE as well. I was wondering about which ones for the different models? For example, XP-E or XP-G or something else.

The e1b, 6th gen L1, lx2, last gen e1l, e2l, e2laa were all using Cree XR-E, the Fury, UB3T, M3LT, M6LT, R1, UNR and UBR use Cree XM-L. The eb1 and maybe the new e1l use Cree XP-E. The e2d led defender ultra and eb2 use an Osram emitter I've heard. the 320 lumen 6px/g2x/z2x series use Nichia 219. I think the older ones used Cree XP-G. Not sure what the newer e2l or e2laa use. The a2l, newer u2, and g2d use the ssc p4 emitter. The short lived az2 used a Luxeon k2 emitter I believe.
