Surefire FM44 & other 1.37" - Diffusers - Feedback

Hello All,

Im looking for opinions and feedback in regards to the Surefire FM44 diffuser for 1.37" bezels. The FM44 is..... rather expensive coming in on average @ $130, for those who own it and have used it, was it worth the investment? Hows the durability? Despite the price I really dig it. Anybody use an alternative diffuser with good results that might be easier on the wallet? Not looking for any hack / DIY jobbies, but maybe an alternative that is more financially feasible.

That's one of the few filters/diffusers I don't have. I'll bet I would love it with my P2X or P3X but just haven't been able to pull the trigger on one at its normal price.

Already been by your place looking for them...ha. Saw some picks of them mounted. They look good.

Wish we could get some real world beam shots on the FM44. $135 street price..................
