surefire head

Can someone tell me which head is on the surefire all the way on the right?? With the 3 LED's around the outside??
One the M2 and what other surefires it may fit??

The A2's battery tube may have some electronics in the body - at least, it looks like it to me. Since the A2 is Surefire's only regulated incandescent, I'm pretty sure it will not work on other bodies. Besides, you'd have to buy an A2 just to get the head, so why just use the A2 as is? It's a great light. Mine has the red LED's.

The A2's bezel does not fit on any other SureFire.
The A2's bezel is fed by regulated power from the electronics inside the body.

The M2 and A2 are not interchangeable.

Al, on your C2, is that a copper o-ring under the bezel?

That's an M2 (shock isolated bezel). It's a very special M2 too. The ring is more like Gold then Copper and it ain't an o-ring. Put it this way, if I said it was just for show, would you believe me?

spacer? You can't buy that part. It is part of that M2 and a proto-type (an old one at that - check out the serial number!).
