SureFire on ER premier

Three pepole..two doctors and the brother of one are in a car that is sinking in the Chicago river. The driver pulls what looks like a SureFire E2E from the glove compartment...anyone confirm?

If it was a SF it had a twisty... I think I saw 3 or 5 LED's on the bezel, though, not sure.
