Surefire Question

Hi, a friend of mine bought a single cell Surefire light years ago and was complaining about the lack of brightness. I asked him to check what bulb was in it, and upon inspection there was a 6 volt P60 lamp assembly in it. That explains the dimness. The light has no model number on it. I was wondering if anyone knows what model Surefire he has and where to get a 3 volt lamp and reflector assembly. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like a 3P, a discontinued model, not sure if you still can get the LA or not though.

You might try A Pila 3.7 lamp it "should" be a little better
than the P60 on 3 volts and I know it will fit whatever the P60 fits in.

Sounds like you need the R30 Lamp Assembly.
