Surefire's first Laser sight?

I am not entirely certain, but this could very well be one of Surefire's first laser sights. I am betting heavily it is their first one designed to be mounted on a handgun...

This L72 laser module was made in Oct. 2005
If only I had an X400.....that and I'd shave like 5lbs. from the gun!..

Yeah but think of how well it helps compensate for recoil...

I'm just tired of the legal limits imposed on lasers int the US nowadays.... You can't use 5mW in the day. That's why I build my own
