I did a search containing "EDC" and "AAA" and I couldn't find anything relevant to this topic, so I figured I would post a new thread. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I ask because I carry mine in my right front pocket along with a couple other pocketable tools, namely a Gerber Multi-Plier and an Xcelite R3322 "Greenie" screwdriver. I would love to keep my Arc someplace more convenient, because I use it so much. I would use it even more except a larger (and much brighter--for the desired additional Arc AAA applications, too bright) LS-based light is much easier to get to on my belt.

So, how do you EDC your Arc AAA? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I had been wondering, I remember seeing and reading the thread about the LS modded AAA but I never could figure out where to get one. This is nascar, where did you get yours?

Yeah, when I saw that I almost passed out, I thought that that was one of the coolest best mods that could possibly be done. If I just had the $$$ to get it I would. Does his mod require the old head or does he just machine a replacement head?

Mine rides with my car keys, as I'm out with my car most of the time. If I'm not driving, Arc AAA comes off the keyrings and into front pants pocket. Small enough to be unnoticable, either way...

He mods the OEM AAA head/bezel.

On a carbiner with my keys, hanging off of a belt loop. Amazing little thing, I've used it so many times that it's more than earned its place. And the HA III is great, the light still looks pristine.

I've seen these in use for their intended application of carring ID badges and access control devices, but has anyone considered carrying their Arc AAA on a Mini-Bak? This would allow you to grab for and use the light without having to first unhook it or find it in your pocket. Just some food for thought. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

on my keychain, that way it doesn't raise eyebrows and draw weird looks and it's always with me. seems like you can get away with carrying anything with you so long as its on your keychain /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

EDC Arc AAA LE -- Keychain for me too, with the house, mail, and car keys in my front right pocket. Also replaced my Photon 2.

If I need more power, an Arc LSH-S -- "Coin pocket" in my jeans/khakis, or a jacket pocket if it's dressy.

I have an AAA on my keychain with about a ton of keys and other stuff (Victorinox Rambler, spy capsule, Traser Glow Ring).
