Looking at this P7 with two modes via clicky switch. I'm not sure I understand how the modes work yet.
If you removed the tail switch and simply turned the light on and off via twisting the tail cap until connection was made what would happen?
Is the "logic" up by the led and is this just a standard clicky. Could you twist on and off quickly and change the modes?
Here a better one, MC-E, but it has 8 modes. It starts in mid, goes to Hi and then on and on. However, if I removed the tail switch and used it as a twisty would I twist it on and it would be at mid and if I twisted it on and off quickly it would be at hight and if I twisted it off then wouldn't I in effect have a 2 mode switch?
I'm just trying to see if this is the way it works.
