Which option is the best of the two if I am looking for an easily upgradeable and customizeable light. I want a light that can have a high lumen white flood as well as a light which will have the furthest useable Red LED throw for hunting situations. I also want this light to be small enough to be weapon mountable or EDC'd. Which is the best option for my needs? I would rather spend a little extra money rather than give in on my wish list. Are there any other options?

Both are good. The ET is limited to the modules ET produces. As long as your happy with the modules they make, theyre a good choice. Have two, and the xml ho, xpg, xre and UV modules. UV is in one, XML in the other pretty much all the time. I think the screw in modules of the ET conduct heat better. P60s have a much bigger after market though. Pretty much depends on how much you want to spend. The throw isn't that different unless going with an aspheric or a brute force high lumen triple or quad p60. They can make the red in alot more variety based on your wallet as well. Both are proven choices and will work well.
