i have the Sunwayman, I like it very much but it is not that versatile. Great for keeping by the door and looking deep into back yard for critters at night when i let the dog out. great, far reaching beam. I can mostly light up my boat which is 230 yards away. It's too big to carry around much and the low mode is very high but if you want to scan the horizon, it's great. I dropped it hard once on slate and no problems.
I looked at a similar Crelant when I bought it a year or more ago. The deciding factor for me was that whatever similar Crelant I was looking at was not regulated and that was important to me.
